Danube Basin, 6 May 2015. The ICPDR Stakeholder Consultation Workshop will take place in Zagreb (Croatia) on 2/3 July 2015. Registration has officially ended, but there are still places available - register here.

JDS3 Final Scientific Report available
Vienna, 22 March 2015. The Joint Danube Survey 3 (JDS3) was the world’s biggest river research expedition in 2013. Its results are now available in a comprehensive report, which can be downloaded from this website.

Croatia presides over ICPDR in 2015
Vienna, 5 February 2015. Following a ceremonial passing of a bottle with Danube water at the Ordinary Meeting last December, Mr. Dražen Kurečić has now formally taken office as ICPDR President 2015.

Public Participation Schedule WFD & FD
Vienna, 19 Dec 2018. According to Art. 14 of the Water Framework Directive, public participation in drafting River Basin Management Plans needs to be ensured. The ICPDR now provides a blue print for Public Participation activities for the development of the third Danube River Basin Management Plan (3rd DRBMP) until 2021 and the second Danube River Basin Flood Risk Management Plan (2nd FRMP).
