2013: UN International Year on Water Cooperation launched
Paris, 11 Feb 2013. In December 2010, the United Nations General Assembly declared 2013 as the United Nations International Year of Water Cooperation. A UNESCO-organised conference now marked the official launch of this year of celebration.

Bucharest, 5-6 November 2012. The Danube and Tisza River Basin Management Plans require a dialogue between stakeholders from the agricultural and water management sectors.
