Bulgaria takes ICPDR Presidency in anniversary year 2014
Vienna/Sofia, 28 January 2014. “Continuity, Coherence, Cooperation from the Black Forest to the Black Sea” – this is the motto of the Bulgarian presidency of the ICPDR, starting on 27 January.
