The Public Participation Expert Group (PP EG) deals with ICPDR activities concerning public information and consultation, outreach and awareness raising, as well as environmental education.

The countries of the ICPDR provide interim overviews on Significant Water Management Issues in the Danube River Basin District for national River Basin Management Plans which are currently developed until 2015.
