VIENNA, 29 October 2018 (Press Release) - The winner of the ‘International Danube Art Master 2018’ competition is 17-year-old Ion Zatic of Moldova, announced Susanne Brandstetter, Chairperson of the Public Participation Expert Group of the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR). The Public Participation Expert Group is responsible for promoting the Danube Art Master initiative in the Danube River Basin. The second and third winners are Austria followed by Serbia.

VIENNA, 10 October 2017 – A secondary school in Bosnia and Herzegovina has won the ‘International Danube Art Master 2017’ competition. The winner was announced by Susanne Brandstetter, Chairperson of the Public Participation Expert Group of the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR) at the House of the European Union in Vienna on 9 October.

A video showing highlights from 10 years of the international Danube Art Master competition. Premiered at the 3rd ICPDR Ministerial Meeting, it put the spotlight on the youth of the Danube Basin to address the ministers with their wishes for the Danube's future.
