All maps of the Danube River Basin Management Plan Update 2021 in high resolution files.

The DRBMP Update 2021 was jointly coordinated with the Danube Flood Risk Management Plan (DFRMP) Update 2021. The two plans are coordinated and synergised in keeping with the environmental objectives as stipulated by the WFD.

Following the publication of the ICPDR's Danube River Basin Management Plan (DRBMP) & Danube Flood Risk Management Plan (DFRMP) Update 2021, and their endorsement at the 4th Danube Ministerial Meeting, these important publications have been given a new and fresh look and summarised into two brochures.

Vienna, 19 Dec 2018. According to Art. 14 of the Water Framework Directive, public participation in drafting River Basin Management Plans needs to be ensured. The ICPDR now provides a blue print for Public Participation activities for the development of the third Danube River Basin Management Plan (3rd DRBMP) until 2021 and the second Danube River Basin Flood Risk Management Plan (2nd FRMP).
