Vienna, 7 March 2014. A group of environmental scientists from Austria recently published the study „The Danube so colourful: A potpourri of plastic litter outnumbers fish larvae in Europe's second largest river”. Vienna/Sofia, 28 January 2014. “Continuity, Coherence, Cooperation from the Black Forest to the Black Sea” – this is the motto of the Bulgarian presidency of the ICPDR, starting on 27 January. Deputy Minister of the Environment and Water Atanas Kostadinov will chair the ICPDR for the organisation’s 20 year anniversary.
