Danube Basin, 29 June 2015. Tens of thousands of people are joining in to celebrate Danube Day 2015 in the spirit of "Get active!". A cheerful occasion that highlights by how much the health of rivers in the Danube Basin has improved in the past 20 years.

Zagreb, 3 June 2015. The intense phase of public consultation on the Danube River Basin Management Plan Update 2015 and the 1st Flood Risk Management Plan for the DRB has started.

Vienna, 16 February 2010. Ministers and high-level representatives responsible for water management from the Danube River Basin countries Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Montenegro, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and the European Commission endorsed the ‘Danube Declaration’ at a ministerial meeting hosted by the ICPDR.

Vienna, 14 January 2010. Slovenia takes over the Presidency of the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR) for the year 2010 at a ceremony held at the Permanent Mission of Slovakia to the United Nations (Vienna) today.
