Danube Basin, 29 June 2015. Tens of thousands of people are joining in to celebrate Danube Day 2015 in the spirit of "Get active!". A cheerful occasion that highlights by how much the health of rivers in the Danube Basin has improved in the past 20 years.

Zagreb, 3 June 2015. The intense phase of public consultation on the Danube River Basin Management Plan Update 2015 and the 1st Flood Risk Management Plan for the DRB has started.

Zagreb, 10 March 2010. High-level officials of the ISRBC, ICPDR, DC, European Commission, state bodies and public institutions, dealing with navigation, environmental protection and sustainable development issues, from the Danube River Basin, as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations have gathered yesterday and today to discuss the next steps towards a environmental friendly navigation.

Vienna, 14 October 2005. ICPDR President 2005 István Őri announced the winner of the International Danube Art Master Competition in Budapest: A German School (6 A, Secondary School "Auf der Schanz") wins the competition, which made part of the Danube Day celebrations 2005. As in 2004, this competition was carried out jointly by the ICPDR and the Danube Environmental Forum in all 13 Danube countries.
