Request for Quotation: Restaurant Services for Tethys Project Event
The International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River is organising a networking dinner on 2 June 2026 (19:00) in Vienna in the framework of the Project Tethys (DRP0200037), funded by the Interreg Danube Region Programme.
The ICPDR is looking for restaurants for this event and invites interested restaurants to submit an offer.
Services requested
Restaurant services (CPV-Code 55300000-3)
Providing dinner for 40 participants including
- Food: 3-course menu with options or a buffet dinner
- Beverages: consumption-based or drink-package
Offer submission
Offers should be submitted by 8 May 2026 COB including:
- Costs breakdown for food and beverages
- The total price for the entire package

Evaluation criteria
The commissioning will be awarded according to the lowest bidder principle. The evaluation will be based on the total price offered.
