Request for Quotation: Catering Services for Tethys Project Event
The International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River is organising a 1.5-day event on 2-3 June 2026 at the BOKU River Lab in Vienna (Am Brigittenauer Sporn 3) in the framework of the Project Tethys (DRP0200037), funded by the Interreg Danube Region Programme.
The ICPDR is looking for catering services for this event and invites interested companies to submit an offer.
Services requested
Catering services (CPV-Code 55300000-3)
Providing catering for 40 participants at the meeting venue including
- three coffee breaks (regular package; morning and afternoon break on the first day, and a morning break on the second day)
- two lunches (sandwich/finger-food; one per day)
Offer submission
Offers should be submitted by 8 May 2026 COB including:
- Costs breakdown for coffee breaks and lunches
- The total price for the entire package

Evaluation criteria
The commissioning will be awarded according to the lowest bidder principle. The evaluation will be based on the total price offered.
