ICPDR hosts 9th Joint Statement Meeting in Vienna
Vienna, 14 September 2018 – The 9th Workshop on the follow-up of the Joint Statement on Guiding Principles on the Development of Inland Navigation and Environmental Protection in the Danube River Basin took place on 13th and 14th September at the Vienna International Centre in Vienna. In attendance were 60 experts from national administrations, EU and international institutions, responsible government authorities and representatives of interest groups, all stakeholders who contribute to the sustainability of the Joint Statement initiative in the current state of legal and policy frameworks of integrated river basin management and environmental protection.

Czech version of the Platina Manual published - Good Practices in Sustainable Waterway Planning
Brno, 14 November 2011. The recent publication of a Czech version of the PLATINA Manual is a major step in promoting good practices in inland navigation and waterway planning. The translated manual was presented in the framework of the PLATINA Interactive Conference and Workshop held in Brussels on 15th November 2011. It can be downloaded from a link provided below.

3rd Joint Statement Meeting, 5-6 April, Vienna
Vienna, 5 April 2011. After the 2nd Joint Statement Meeting held in Zagreb last year, the ICPDR Secretariat has the pleasure to welcome the participants for the 3rd Joint Statement Meeting on Inland Navigation and Environmental Sustainability on 5th and 6th April 2011 in Vienna.
